Nature of the information

The CRCV makes every effort to ensure that the information on its website is available, accurate and up-to-date, and reserves the right to modify the content at any time and without notice. However, the CRCV also does not make any guarantees that the material or information contained on the website will be available, accurate and up-to-date or complete. Internet users fully accept the risk with respect to the credibility they accord this information and acknowledge that its use is their sole responsibility.

Damage and viruses

It is incumbent on the users of the CRCV website to take any steps necessary to avoid contaminating the site and/or the sites of partners to which the CRCV sends them, in particular with one or several “viruses”.
For its part, the CRCV shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages, whatever the causes, origins, nature or consequences, including damage or viruses that may infect the user’s computer equipment or any other property.

Personally identifiable information and other information

As the CRCV site is not intended to receive any confidential information, except the personal data mentioned above, any information that internet users communicate cannot be considered confidential whatever the form: documents, data, graphics, images, questions, suggestions, concepts, remarks or other. Unless otherwise indicated, all of the content featured or displayed on this website (general structure, software, text, images, moving images, sound, know-how, etc.), is owned by the CRCV or its partners and is protected by copyright. No licence, nor any right other than consulting the site, is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of the site’s documents is permitted only for the purposes of information for strictly personal and private use. Any reproduction or use of copies for other purposes and in any other context is expressly forbidden and constitutes an infringement punishable by Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The same shall apply, as necessary, to databases appearing on this website which are protected by the provisions of the French law of 1^st July 1998 transposing into the French Intellectual Property Code, the European Directive of 11 March 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

Unless otherwise indicated, the company names, logos, products and brands mentioned or cited on the site are the property of the CRCV or its partners. Any total or partial reproduction of these from the website without the express consent of the site operator is prohibited, as stipulated in article L.713-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Hypertext Links

The CRCV cannot be held responsible for users’ access to other internet resources via the hypertext links created in the framework of its site. The CRCV formally declines all responsibility for the content of the other sites to which it offers links, which are only offered to this site’s users as a service. Warning on forecast data

The CRCV website may contain certain non-historical data which constitute forecast statements, and in particular prospects concerning future events, trends, plans or goals. These statements are based on the currents views and hypotheses of the senior management team at the Centre and are subject to risks and hazards liable to entail a significant difference between the real results and those contained explicitly or implicitly in these statements (or previous results).
